As an Expeditor, you will work as a liaison between the kitchen and front of house staff to ensure that outgoing food is presentable for guests. You will have a range of duties in order to assist the wait staff including:
Expedite food from the pickup window on trays ready for the front of house staff
Ensure outgoing food is presentable
Prepare basic food production stocks
Arrange Expeditor station for following shift
Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior kitchen experience
Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely
